You will whip up a main course, a side dish, a salad and a dessert. Step by step, your chef will show you how to make mouthwatering Jordanian dishes and give you lots of advice, on both preparing the dishes and presenting the plates.
He will also teach you more about Jordanian gastronomy. He'll also share his secrets for choosing local, seasonal produce, which he picks up at the market during the day. Once your meal is ready, you'll sit down at the table and share your home-cooked meal together in a warm and friendly atmosphere. With this activity, you'll rediscover the pleasure of traditional cuisine and discover a little more about Jordanian culture, of which food is an integral part!
