Experience a 60-minute helicopter flight over the Great Barrier Reef and the tropical rainforest of Cairns!

Your flight will begin by soaring over the Great Barrier Reef and its islands, offering clear views of the turquoise waters and reefs. Then, you will fly along the coast towards Palm Cove Beach and the rainforest-covered mountains of Barron Gorge National Park.

The flight will include views of Stoney Creek Falls and Barron Falls, as well as Lake Morris. You will also have a panoramic view of the rainforest and the mountains of the Atherton Tablelands before returning to Cairns.

This flight will allow you to appreciate the natural landscapes of the region while enjoying a helicopter experience.

  • Registration required 45 minutes before departure
  • Duration: approx. 1 hour, allow 2 hours on site in total
  • Departure point: your hotel in central Cairns or Cairns airport
  • You must be a minimum of two participants to be able to book
  • At the time of booking, you will be asked to indicate the weight of each passenger. You will be weighed by the service provider on site. If your weight varies by more than 10% from what you indicated, you will be charged an additional fee (maximum 130 kg per seat).
  • Children aged 0 to 2 can travel on their parents' lap free of charge (1 baby maximum per flight)
  • The provider reserves the right to cancel the flight if weather conditions are unfavorable. You will then be offered a refund or an alternative date.
