Explore Cape Town freely using the hop-on hop-off double decker bus tours!

Hop on an open-top double decker bus which will take you around Cape Town. From the upper deck, you'll have 360 views on the city's main sites and monuments. Sit back and enjoy the ride while you listen to the audioguide's comments on the sites you will see (available in 16 languages).

With you pass, you'll access the 3 routes (4 routes September to May) which will take you all around Cape Town and its region, from the historic center, to the wine country of Constantia, and the beaches up to Hout Bay. You'll be able to hop on and off the bus as many times as you wish at the many stops of the bus, ideally located next to the main attractions. You can thus use the buses to go visit Table Mountain Cable car, Kirstenbosck Botanical Garden, V&A Waterfront, Camps Bar, the South African Museum, and many more!

In addition, your ticket will give you access to two walking tours! You can choose to visit the city center and/or the famous colorful neighborhood of Bo-Kaap!

Availability: every day (excluding exceptional cases)
When booking you will be asked to select a date for your visit. Please note however that your voucher will be valid for 12 months starting from the selected date
Duration of the pass: 1 day (calendar day)
Times, frequency and duration (full circuit without getting off the bus) of the bus tours:
- Blue route Mini Peninsula tour: 9am-3:40pm, every 20 minutes, 135 minutes
- Purple route Wine tour: 9:55am-4:45pm, every 30 minutes, 30 minutes
- Red route City tour: 8:30am-4:30pm, every 30 minutes, 90 minutes
- Green route (Long Street-Camps Bay shuttle): 5pm from Long Street, 6:15pm from the Waterfront
Bus departure location: you can get on the bus at whichever stop along the route and receive your pass directly on board
- Stop #1 is located at V&A Waterfront (blue and red route)
- Purple route departs at stop #21 at Constantia Nek (blue and purple route)
The bus route is subject to change and traffic can slow down the journey if there are road works or special events
