The Burj Khalifa is Dubai's most famous and iconic landmark! It's the highest skyscraper in the world. You'll reach the 124th floor in no time at all thanks to the high-speed lifts. You'll find yourself in front of an incredible panoramic view of the Dubai skyline. You'll see the famous Burj Al Arab Hotel and the Atlantis The Palm. You'll also access the 125th floor.

You'll then go to the Sky Views Observatory, a fully glazed viewing deck 200 metres high that links the 2 buildings. You'll literally have the impression of walking across a void... adrenaline rush guaranteed! Ski Views is ideally located just a stone's throw from the Burj Khalifa, and therefore offers a breathtaking view of the skyscraper.

With this 2-for-1 ticket, you'll be able to admire the Burj Khalifa from all angles!

PLEASE NOTE, you must reserve in advance for the Burj Khalifa visit! In order to ensure a superb visit, only a limited number of visitors at a time are allowed to go up to the tower's observation deck. You'll therefore be assigned a time after your book to make sure you reach the observation deck quickly. This means you'll get a fantastic view without being hindered by other people!

Good to know

  • Availability: every day except in exceptional cases
  • When booking, you'll be asked to select the date for your Burj Khalifa visit. You'll also need to select a time slot. You'll receive the exact time of your visit and the official ticket after you book. You can visit Sky Views Observatory on the date of your choice (validity limit indicated on the official ticket, usually 3 months after the booking date)
  • Information about the Burj Khalifa
  • Duration of the visit: variable (we advise you to allow about 1 hour)
    tickets are valid for specific time slots, so you can spend 15-20 minutes on the 124th floor, then 15-20 minutes on the 125th floor, before continuing to the Sky Views Observatory
  • Time: visits possible between 9.30am and 3pm, and 7pm and 10pm (no visits between 3pm and 7pm with the 2-in-1 ticket). The exact time will be indicated on the official ticket that will be emailed to you
  • You'll have to present the official ticket received by email to access the sites. You'll also need to show proof of identity. You won't be allowed in without these two documents
  • You'll have to report to the tower entrance during a specific time slot (you'll be given a 30-minute time slot). This way you'll avoid overcrowding on the 124th floor and won't have to queue for hours to get a ticket. However, you'll have to queue to get into the lift (expect to wait between 0 and 40 minutes under normal circumstances / expect a wait of up to 1.5 hours if there is a large attendance, particularly during the festive season). Please stick to the time slot you are allocated. Anyone who is late will be refused entry (even if you're just a minute late)
  • You'll be allowed to stay as long as you wish at the top of the building
  • We recommend you wear lightweight shoes and clothes that cover your shoulders and knees
  • Tour times are entirely managed by the Burj Khalifa staff. Due to high demand, we recommend you book your tickets as soon as possible in order to get a time slot that suits your plans (works on a first come, first served basis)
  • In order to allow you to cancel up until the last minute, your tickets will be sent to you about 5 days in advance
  • Information about the Sky Views Observatory
  • Availability: every day except under exceptional circumstances
  • Opening hours: visits possible between 10am-3.30pm and 7pm-12am only (last entry at 11pm). Please note that your ticket does not allow admission to Sky Views during sunset between 3.30pm and 7pm
  • When booking, you'll be asked to indicate a provisional date. However, you can use your ticket on the date of your choice (ticket valid until: xx/xx/xxxx)
  • You can stay as long as you like on the platform
  • We remind you that these tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • The ticket includes a descent on the slide. Any additional descents must be paid for on site
