Discover the picturesque islands of the Oslo fjord on a guided electric ferry excursion!
Your adventure begins in the heart of Oslo, where you'll meet your guide outside the Backstube Opera café, near Central Station. After a brief introduction, you'll take a local streetcar to the lively Aker Brygge district, the starting point of your island exploration.
You'll then board an electric ferry for a 10-minute crossing to Hovedøya. On this island, you'll discover the ruins of a 12th-century abbey, peaceful forest trails and bathing beaches. Don't forget your swimsuit if you want to enjoy the refreshing waters of the fjord!
The next stop on your tour is the island of Nakholmen, renowned for its charming, colorful cabins, typical of Norwegian summer retreats. Along the way, you'll pass several other islands, offering a glimpse of local island life.
