Explore Seoul’s must-see landmarks on a full-day tour combining royal palaces, a Buddhist temple, traditional districts, and panoramic city views from N Seoul Tower!
Your day will begin with pick-up from your hotel in Seoul. You will then head into the city’s historic center, passing by the Blue House, one of the capital’s most recognizable landmarks.
First, you will watch the royal guard changing ceremony at Gyeongbokgung Palace, or at Deoksu Palace on Tuesdays. This traditional ceremony, performed in period costume, offers a glimpse into the Joseon Dynasty. You will then explore the palace grounds and discover its main halls, courtyards, and gardens.
The morning will continue at the National Folk Museum of Korea, replaced by the Seoul History Museum on Tuesdays. Through the collections on display, you will learn more about Korean traditions, customs, and everyday life through the centuries.
Next, you will visit Jogyesa Temple, one of Seoul’s best-known Buddhist temples. Located in the heart of the city, it offers a quieter and more spiritual side of the Korean capital.
You will then have free time for lunch, which is not included, before continuing with the rest of the tour.
In the afternoon, you will stroll through Insadong Antique Shop Alley, a district known for its galleries, handicrafts, and traditional atmosphere. You will then head to N Seoul Tower, one of the city’s best-known landmarks, where you will enjoy sweeping views over Seoul.
At the end of the tour, you will visit Namsan Hanok Village, or Myeongdong on Mondays. Depending on the day, you will either discover traditional Korean architecture or enjoy the lively atmosphere of one of Seoul’s most famous shopping districts.
Your tour will end with drop-off at Myeongdong or City Hall Station.
