Description

Slip on your wetsuit and set off to discover Bora Bora's seabed with your professional instructor !

Bora Bora is the ideal destination for a first scuba dive !From your hotel, you'll be taken to the dive center to collect your equipment and meet your professional instructor.

You'll then board a boat where your instructor will explain everything you need to know for yourbaptism dive. First, you'll be familiarized with the coded language of certified divers, then you'll learn how to breathe with the oxygen tank before exploring the seabed !

No specific skills are required beforehand, and depending on your ease in the water and your pace, you'll set off to discover Bora Bora's marine flora and fauna in complete safety. Your instructor will accompany you for the duration of your experience and stay with you in the water. After your return to land, you'll be escorted back to your hotel. 

Good to know

  • Availability : every day (except in exceptional cases)
  • Schedules: activity starts between 1:30pm and 2:30pm (our partner will contact you to determine the exact time of your activity)
  • Starting place : depending on your accommodation on Bora Bora and its motus
     
  • Activity forbidden to children under 6
  • You can dive as soon as you get off the plane, but you must wait 12 hours between your last dive and your inter-island flight (24 hours if it's a long-haul flight)
  • A form must be completed when you register
  • For this activity, no medical certificate will be required
  • During the baptism dive, there is 1 instructor for 2 beginner divers
  • The experience lasts about 2 hours, immersion is about 30 minutes at a maximum depth of 6 meters
  • The dive site is chosen according to weather conditions to offer you the best possible experience
